Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed agreement. Final payment is due before the event date. Cancellations must be made in writing; fees may apply.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms vary by event size and scope. Cancellation policies are detailed in the event agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Changes to event date or scope may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund of payments made.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable venue and ensuring guests adhere to event rules. Your obligations include:

• Venue must have adequate space and facilities for the event.
• Clients must ensure no real money gambling occurs.
• Any damage to equipment caused by guests may be charged to the client.
• Guests must follow the instructions of Event Moria staff at all times.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary venue permits or permissions.

Liability and Indemnification

Event Moria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event. We are not responsible for guest behavior or third-party services. Clients agree to indemnify Event Moria against claims arising from their event.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Event Moria and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent. Trademarks and branding are owned by Event Moria.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
